DIRECTIONS
----------
Type MAKEDATA at the command to make a sample input data file.  It produces
a 20 second signal sampled at 300 hz.  Answer signal.dat for the input file
and answer output.dat for the output file.  Answer column 2 and 300 hz for 
the column and frequency.  Hit the INPUTDATA, COMPUTE PSD, and the OUTPUT
DATA buttons.  The output data resides in OUTPUT.DAT.  The
file is in ASCII format and can be graphed using any plotting package.

Note:  If Windows NT is the operation system, the user may use the command
       line for input.
